Voter Registration Training

It’s well known that Lake County votes Republican in most races. This campaign season affords us a special opportunity to bring many disillusioned Democrats, Independents and Non Partisan Affiliated voters to the Republican Party. Never before have the differences been so clear for converting them and the primary been so competitive giving significant choices. The benefits of increasing Republican registrations will be evident far beyond this election. Expecting wins is not a plan.

The more OPPORTUNITIES these target voters are given to change their party, the more likely they will. Expecting them to know how, where, and then registering, is an unreasonable expectation. That’s where YOU can make a real difference.

The Lake County Republican Party wants to provide multiple opportunities for “IMPULSE REGISTERING”. To do this we need YOU to be part of the registration process. It’s easy (if I can do it, anyone can!) and, we only expect you to help as your time allows.

MATERIALS: Bring note taking paper and pen

WHO: Volunteers, REC members, family and friends
