Today we are issuing a call to action! The Florida Green New Deal Scam! You must read this excellent call to action written by one of our favorite Substack authors Kat’s Meow. The time to act, if you do not want your utility bills to go up 40% in the next four years, is now! If you do not want blackouts, the time to act is now. Kat does an excellent job of outlining exactly what you have to do. She has templates and email addresses of who to write to in the Call to Action link below.
This call to action is what President Trump would want to do. The big beautiful bill has the necessary Kill Shot in it to knock this scam on its ass! Ask yourself why our Governor and Super-Majority Republican controlled legislature is not doing their part to help! Its simple they are captured by the monopoly utilities (Duke Energy and Florida Power and Light) who are making massive returns by proposing just solar energy projects rather than natural gas fired plants. These monopolies are funneling massive contributions to our leaders in Florida. This is outrageous and we need legislation to stop it. The citizens of our State can stick a knife in the heart of this scam as President Trump has them on their heels with the proposed elimination of solar incentives.
